Our Agents

Deborah Rafter is a native of upstate New York. She and her husband, Rick, moved to Charleston, South Carolina where he was stationed and served in the U. S. Navy. The Rafters moved to Florida a few years later and raised three children. Debbie's husband was transferred to Savannah with Intermarine USA in 1988 and established their home in Clyo, Georgia.

After being a domestic engineer for 12 years she decided to put her expertise to work in real estate. Since 1990 she has worked with a local developer/builder helping people build their new homes.

Debbie, co-owner of Coldwell Banker Intercoastal Realty, enjoys being a "Grammy" to Madison and Warren. She plays the organ on Sunday mornings for two parishes - St. Boniface Catholic Church and St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Springfield. Along with her family, Debbie enjoys her many farm animals and the country life that Clyo provides.
